In this retreat, you will indulge in classical Hatha Yoga and other yogic practices. More than just a daily activity during the retreat, you will be learning a comprehensive practice.

If you’re new to Yoga, this will be not only a solid foundation, but a complete practice that you can take home with you. And if you’re a seasoned practitioner, it is a perfect compliment to your daily practice.

Ayurveda is a system of healing, that not only treats and manages imbalances but also puts a lot of emphasis on prevention.
